That's an intriguing announcement regarding Adipurush! The dedication of one seat in every cinema across the nation to Lord Hanuman is a unique gesture by the creators. By reserving this seat and ensuring it will not be available for sale, they are showing reverence to the deity. This gesture adds a spiritual touch to the release of the film and may attract the interest and participation of devout followers of Lord Hanuman. It will be interesting to see how this dedication is received by the audience and how it contributes to the overall experience of watching Adipurush in theaters.

In a statement, the makers expressed, “Lord Hanuman appears wherever the Ramayana is recited. It is our belief. Respecting this belief, every theatre screening Prabhas’ Rama-starrer Adipurush will reserve one seat for Lord Hanuman without selling it.”

The makers not only emphasized the great significance of paying respects to the greatest devotee of Rama but also urged everyone to witness the grandeur of Adipurush in the presence of Lord Hanuman.

The movie features Prabhas in the role of Raghava, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, Devdatta Nage as Hanuman, Sunny Singh as Lakshmana, and Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh.

In the movie, Prabhas takes on the role of Raghava, while Kriti Sanon portrays Janaki. Devdatta Nage brings Hanuman to life, Sunny Singh plays Lakshmana, and Saif Ali Khan embodies the character of Lankesh.

This news has sparked an online debate. While very few applaud the decision there are many who expressed their disappointment. Here’s what the internet had to say about it.

One user wrote, “Those who’re laughing on this, know that there is a strong belief that Hanuman jii will come wherever ramayan/ram naam parayan happens. Even in satsangs where ramayan is recited, they arrange a separate asan for hanuman ji. The team is respecting that belief & doing their best. This is such a heartwarming gesture from the team, if you cannot appreciate it, at least stay away.”

Many users took to social media to express their disappointment. There are many who felt that this was a marketing gimmick in God’s name. Some felt that makers made an attempt to make the audience emotional so that they will watch the movie.

Another user mentioned, “Hanuman is not interested in such fictional movies, he has lots of other work to do. ” Another user mentioned,“It is better to cancel your plans to watch a movie and go to the temple and worship him” “A way of looting money using our bhakti and faith”, wrote a netizen. Someone wrote, “Making ppl emotional to watch this movie?” Another user wrote,  “This is simply disgusting. First, they massacred our holy Ramayana and then this bullshit. Using religious sentiment for marketing.”

Some comments were really funny. Here are some of them, “I will watch the movie only after Hanumanji reviews it.” “What if Hanumanji doesn’t want to watch?” “After a week makers will say, “Hanumanji liked it so much they brought the whole vanarsena to watch, hence the empty theatres.”

“Bhagwan ke pass yahi kaam bacha hai ki inki bhaddi movie aakar dekhe , abe daro Hanuman ji se kahi saamne prakat hokar chhati par gada na maar dein Hanuman ji please aap first day first show dekhne ke bad is film ke makers ko apne Gade se marna. 🙏🏻” “Itna h respect hai to achi movie h bana dete. This is seriously cheap.”
