Photoshop being an amazing software that it is, helps in improvising the image to quite an extent. Though people take it to another level at times. Who could imagine just a random software would do wonders? Many fall a victim of photoshop including our very own Bollywood celebrities. Below are few examples of the same:
1) Priyanka Chopra
Priyanka Chopra was in the publicity for her ever smooth underarms that were seen on the cover of Maxim. God knows what the photo editor thought before editing the picture to such an extent that it appeared fake. Priyanka then took it to her social media, posting a picture of her own showing off her not-so-perfect and naturally bumpy underarms.
2) Anushka Sharma
Anushka is a well-known actress without any doubt, but this Nivea TVC got her in a WTF moment. Just like Priyanka, Anushka’s underarms were smoothened as well as whitened way too much.
3) Kareena Kapoor Khan
Our very own Bebo was previously known for her zero figure. Later she put on some weight while her pregnancy period. Thin or thick, Kareena was always comfortable in her skin. While shooting for the film Heroine, Kareena’s curves were clearly visible in the movie, but in the poster of the same her curves were totally vanished and her tummy looked flat. A bad try to fool the public’s eye!
4) Rani Mukerji
Rani Mukerji was seen on the “Age Issue” of Vogue. This time the editor crossed all the limits in showing his editing skills. He transformed Rani completely by slimming down her body, her nose looked like she has been through a surgery, and all her face lines surprisingly vanished. Also, her jawline looked sharp as a knife.
5) Katrina Kaif
Take a look at this Phantom poster where Katrina is looking just like a Barbie doll. Well, we are all aware about the fact that there is a Barbie doll moulded like Katrina Kaif in the market, and the editor took this way too seriously. Her lips and eyes in the poster looked exactly like a Barbie.
6) Kajal Agarwal
The Singham girl Kajal Agarwal was seen posing in a topless picture on the FHM magazine. Her picture had gone all viral, and there were talks about the same. Kajal later revealed that she was wearing a black-tube top for the shoot, which was approved but the final cover photo was photoshopped. The edit made it appear like she was topless.
7) Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
Aishwarya Rai’s skin complexion on the cover page of Elle in December 2010, was lightened to a huge extent. We couldn’t get the point of them doing this, as Aish is already so fair!.
8) Freida Pinto
Actress Frieda has appeared in Indian, American as well as British films. Her dusky complexion makes her look even more gorgeous. The beauty appeared in the L’Oreal ad, where her skin tone look much fairer than it is originally.
9) Kajol Devgan
When Kajol entered Bollywood, she didn’t have that perfect look. She was dusky, had a unibrow and had a little bit of weight. But when she came on this Olay advertisement, her appearance changed drastically. She looked so much fair.
