These are some of the upcoming Bollywood movies that are reportedly copied from the south Indian films:
1. Vikram Vedha
Hrithik and Saif are perhaps very uncommon pair when it comes to big-screen films. But reported, this film would be acted by this pair and a lot of other known faces will be cast as well. The film was originally featured by R. Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi being the lead roles. The plot goes just like a typical South Indian film, a cop goes around creating a difference between evil and good cops.
2. Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru
The title of this film was changed to Sanki and apparently, the film will have very popular and loved faces like Varun Dhawan and Parineeti Chopra. The story revolves around a cop who investigates the case of a couple who died under mysterious and unknown circumstances.
3. HIT
The film was released in 2020 and was a huge blockbuster. The story is kinda the same, revolving around investigation, a cop, and their bravery. Pretty much the same altogether.
The movie will be remade with Rajkummar Rao playing the lead role.

4. Kaithi
Ajay Devgn will hit the big screens after a long time. The fact that Ajay is a perfect mix of action heroes and comedic heroes makes this even better since he can emphasize both and make it kind of bearable for the people who cannot stand action for too long.
The story is about an inspector and his unsuccessful attempts on the same due to a drug raid planned by the inspector create a huge hindrance in the same.
5. Jersey
The film is originally a Telugu film and Bollywood will remake it with the same name without being little to no creative at all. Shahid Kapoor will play the lead role of a cricketer and continue the rest of the film probably by not butchering it in the worst possible way.
6. Ratsasan
Akshay Kumar and Rakulpreet are kind of a good pair these days and could be seen very often on the big films and on mini YouTube videos. Taking advantage of the base the pair has created, Ratsasan will be remade. The story obviously contains a cop tracking psychopaths in their area.
7. Soorarai Potru
This very original story turned out to be on the list of Oscars 2020 as well. After being decided to cast actors like John Abraham and Hrithik Roshan as lead, the film was finally bagged by Akshay Kumar. Story of a man hailing from a remote place who aspires to launch his airline service, he must overcome the hurdles that land in his way.

8. Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo
Trivikram Srinivas has ensured that one doesn’t take his eyes off anywhere, despite some illogical moments, or flat narratives, or the lack of some depth in emotion here and there. That said, the screenplay is the guru’s best to date. He is in the top-notch form here, as the screenplay is racy in parts and measured in others. Something is created out of thin air, for scenes to remain etched in our memory. Special mention here for the punctuated manner in which the songs are placed, they are simply blended with the story narration and screenplay. In Fact, the songs could easily be mistaken for scenes.
Full marks here for the wizard that Trivikram is. The little details are well researched, the subtle nuances such as the Casio watch that Allu Arjun wears in the initial parts of the story. There is hardly any makeup that Arjun wears in the first half, which adds credibility to the character further.
The remake will have Kartik Aaryan as the lead.
9. Anniyan
Anniyan is a hard-hitting, exhilarating, and equally thought-provoking action thriller where director Shankar uses the protagonist to convey a number of messages and says things that need to be said. Even if you see it in a dubbed version, chances are you’re going to come out highly impressed with its powerful storytelling, stylish action sequences, state-of-the-art visual effects, and of course, Vikram’s groundbreaking performance.
The remake will feature actor Ranveer Singh as the lead character of Ramanujam.

10. Master
It was a variety of directional flick from director Lokesh Kanakaraj. The film is an action-packed commercial entertainer. This was a different movie for Vijay comparing to his other films. Vijay as JD rocked in his character as an alcoholic professor and Vijay Sethupathi as the villain Bhavani steals the show. The actresses Malavika and Andrea also did their part well even though they didn’t have much space in the movie.
The actor Salman Khan is rumored to star as a lead in the remake of the 2021 Tamil thriller film.
