Advertisement is a big part of the entertainment industry. Since movies get sponsors from various brands, websites, and many other sources they left with no option but to include the brand advertisement in the movie.

1. Dominos in Phir Hera Pheri
Let’s start the list with the iconic scene in the Phir Hera Pheri. The comedy scene is nothing but to make people understand the great scheme launched by Dominos that Pizza would be free if it wouldn’t get delivered within 30 min of the order.
Paresh Rawal also said the delivery guy came in just 20 minutes.

2. Nike in Yuvraaj
Yuvraaj might be a good story and one of the underappreciated films in Salman Khan’s filmography.
However, Nike socks are pretty weirdly shown in most of the scenes as Anil Kapoor was seen showing his socks in almost every scene he featured in the movie.
3. Mountain Dew in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara
Hrithik Roshan has been associated with the Mountain Dew brand for years, and he promoted the brand in a very unique way whenever he got the chance.
In the movie, they cheer with Mountain Dew bottles before going to Sky Diving with the tagline, ‘Darr Ke Aage Jeet Hai’.

4. Parle G in Abra Ka Dabra
Abra Ka Dabra is the Indian version of Harry Potter and sponsors took it too far as they are involved in the storyline. Camlin Pencils and Parle G were promoted in most of the scene.
They gave a scholarship to the kid and later everyone was eating Parle G in the movie.
5. Maruti in Mere Dad Ki Maruti
As the title suggests, the whole story focused on the importance of the characters having an obsession with the Maruti car. They even include the brand in the movie title.
This is certainly the different level of product placement in the movie.

6. Bournvita in Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish
No doubt, Bournvita has increased its sales after the success of Koi… Mil Gaya. Hrithik Roshan often demands Bournvita as an energy drink in the movie.
And there were many scenes when it looks like actress Rekha is shooting a commercial for Bournvita.

7. Coke in Taal
Taal movie has a good romantic scene set as a Coke commercial when Akshaye Khanna and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were hovering around Coke bottles and talking.
Later, Anil Kapoor also said something like drink Coke and get easy.
8. Pass Pass in Yaadein
It looks like Hrithik was promoting everything with his movies. There was a whole scene in the movie Yaadein where a girl approached Hrithik saying ‘Pass Pass chahiye’ and Hrithik repeated the line, and then another girl in the movie also promoted the product.

Black Dog is a famous whiskey in India, and Amrish Puri promoted this in a pretty weird way with the dialogue like ‘Jab main khush hota hu to mere sharir me sainkro kale kutte bhokne lagte hai, uss din main Black Dog peeta hu.’
10. McDonald in Chak De India
Remember the iconic scene where Shah Rukh Khan takes all the girls to McDonald before resigning from the coach position.
The fight that realizes all the girls that they are caring for each other. Throughout the shoot, they were promoting McDonald.

11. Tide in Chup Chup Ke
Chup Chup Ke is famous for his hilarious comic scenes and outstanding performances by the actors.

12. Fanta in Always Kabhi Kabhi
Kabhi Kabhi was produced by Red Chilies Entertainment starring a bunch of newcomers in the lead roles. The movie has shown product placement in every way possible for Fanta. It looked like they were shooting long Fanta commercials with a story in it.

13. Nokia Lumia in Chennai Express
Remember one of the funniest scenes in the movie where Shah Rukh rant the features of the phone including the price to show them how good looking his smartphone was.
The scene stands out the best advertisement for Nokia. We wonder if they hadn’t used the clip to use it as their brand advertisement.
14. Make My Trip in Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani
Make My Trip was the official partner of the movie.
In one of the scenes we could see Make My Trip logo and the brand is promoted intelligently as per the movie theme.
