Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur are busy promoting starrer Jersey. This film of both will be released in theaters on December 31. Both recently reached the sets of Bigg Boss-15 for the promotion of the film. During this, the host of the show Salman made a disclosure that, he was about to do a film with Mrinal.

Mrinal did not look like the wrestler
Salman told Shahid Kapoor that the first choice for the film Sultan was Mrinal Thakur. Salman said, 'Mrunal had come to meet me, the film's director Ali Abbas Zafar had brought her. But she did not look like a wrestler at that time. Hearing this, everyone starts laughing. Salman adds, "Although Anushka didn't even look like a wrestler. But I knew she would do a good job."
After that Mrinal said that let me tell you Shahid, I had lost a lot of weight at that time.

Mrunal's career
Mrinal started her career with TV. Her first show was in 2012 with 'Mujhse Kuch Kehta.. Ye Khamoshiyan'. After that she acted in two Marathi films, after which Mrinal made her Bollywood debut in 2018 with the film 'Love Sonia'. She was a part of the TV show named 'Kumkum Bhagya' when 'Sultan' was released in 2016.
