1. Jhanak Shukla
This famous child actor who is daughter of renowned actor Supriya Shukla is all grown up and looks beautiful. The girl who played the role of Preity Zinta’s younger sister in Kal Ho Na Ho and the cute 6 years old robot we had seen in Karishma Ka Karishma is now 19 and looks so cute! Right now she is pursuing BA in History from Bhavan’s College in Mumbai.
2. Ankita Jhaveri
The original ‘Rasna’ girl has gone on to become a popular star down south, having worked in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada films. She moved to Los Angeles and graduated from UCLA extension in a Media & Entertainment Studies program while simultaneously working in Development at Brett Ratner’s Rat Entertainment as well as producer Ashok Amritraj’s Hyde Park Entertainment. Her first break in American Television came on 3 February 2013 when Ankita Jhaveri’s GoDaddy Commercial aired during the XLVII Super Bowl. Ankitha recently starred in a short film directed by Chicago-based Indian director Pradeep Paga alongside actor Aalok Mehta (of ‘American Chai’ fame) titled ‘Waiting’.
3. Hansika Motwani
We all remember this cute little actress who played Hrithik Roshan’s little friend in ‘Koi… Mil Gaya’ (2003) and also portrayed a 10-year-old rape survivor in ‘Jaago’ (2004). Three years later, she made her Bollywood debut as the female lead in ‘Aap Ka Surroor’
4. Sana Saeed
This beautiful diva is famous for her role of SRK’s adorable daughter Anjali in ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ (1998). She has also played the role of Tanya Israni in ‘Student Of The Year’ (2012). Sana has also featured in television soaps like ‘Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na’ and ‘Lo Ho Gayi Pooja Iss Ghar Ki’, and was part of ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’
5. Ahsaas Channa
We remember her as Shahrukh Khan and Preity Zinta’s son in Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna. Yes! that was a girl. Ahsaas started acting at a very young age and was noticed by everyone in her first movie, Vaastu Shastra, where she played a young boy who creeps the hell out of everyone. She was just 4 then. That’s quite a lot of talent for such a young age.
She also played the role of Lord Ganesha’s adorable friend in ‘My Friend Ganesha’. And she hasn’t looked back ever since. The list of TV shows she’s done is endless – Gumrah, Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev, Webbed and Fanaah are just some of the shows she has worked in. Recently, she was seen in Girliyapa’s, The Period Song, and the video has been doing the rounds of the Internet. Ahsaas has surely grown up into a beautiful, young woman and we can’t wait to see her in more films and TV shows.
6. Jibraan Khan
He played Shahrukh Khan’s son in Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Krish Raichand. This handsome man is all grown up now and looks like this! After completing his graduation, 22-year-old Jibraan trained himself in martial arts, kathak, and horse riding to make himself fit for a Bollywood debut. He works as a trainer at Shiamak Davar’s dance studio, where he himself was once a student.
7. Ayesha Kapur
Ayesha Kapur is known for playing younger Rani Mukherji in the movie ‘Black’ by Sanjay Lela Bhansali. She was just about 11 when she played this role. Acting with Big B would have been quite a challenge but she did a fab job! She played the role of a blind girl with such conviction. And her performance as a grown up in Sikander (2009) with co-star Parzan Dastur was also commendable.
8. Kavish Majmudar
Also known as Ladoo. Kavish Majmudar was fabulous as Ladoo. Ladoo from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham has been one of the most memorable characters from our childhoods. Kavish Majmudar still has some chubby cheeks left over from Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham (2001). He has continued pursuing his Bollywood dreams and has come in movies like Gori Tere Pyaar Mein and Main Tera Hero. A lot of people have been seeing him but no many recognised him.
9. Kinshuk Vaidya
Sure you remember, Kinshuk Vaidya, the boy who played Sanju in Shaka Laka Boom Boom. Sanju and his magic pencil took us on many magical adventures when we were kids. And now, we’re witnessing his magical transformation. The cute little boy is now a dashing young man. From an innocent and adorable little kid to a handsome young man, Kinshuk has come a long way. He completed his Bachelors in Mass media from Usha Pravin Gandhi College, Mumbai, in 2012.
10. Pooja Ruparel
Do you remember the bubbly girl who played Kajol’s younger sister in ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’? Chutki from Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge) clearly can’t be called Chutki no more. We are talking about Pooja Ruparel. Pooja made her foray into Bollywood as a sweet little girl with Jackie Shroff-starrer ‘King Uncle’, and later essayed a teenager ‘Chutki’ in ‘DDLJ’. And now, the little girl has turned into a gorgeous lady. Pooja Ruparel was recently seen in Anil Kapoor’s TV series and is eyeing good roles in Bollywood. While starring in the Indian version of 24, Pooja was recently part of a DDLJ reunion on a comedy show.
