When it comes to the entertainment industry, it still sees the male actors getting paid a lot more as compared to their female co-stars. However, there have been a few actresses who were paid more than their male co-stars.

As per the reports, it is believed that Deepika charges around Rs 26 crore per film. Reportedly she charged Rs 12 crore for Padmaavat, whereas her co-star and husband Ranveer Singh was paid Rs 7-8 crore. Apart from this, in an interview, mega-star Amitabh Bachchan had revealed that his Piku co-star was paid more than him for the movie.

2. Alia Bhatt:
One of the most talented actresses of Bollywood right now, Alia Bhatt has proved her caliber by playing a multitude of roles, over the years. As per the reports, Alia charges around Rs 22 crore per film. Reportedly, she was paid Rs 10 crore for Raazi, whereas her co-star Vicky Kaushal was paid Rs. 3-4 crore per movie. Infact, in the movie Sadak 2, she was paid a bigger amount as compared to her co-stars.
3. Kangana Ranaut:
Kangana Ranaut has delivered many blockbusters, box-office hits recently. She charges around Rs 27 crore per film.
Reportedly, she was paid a much bigger cheque than her co-star of Judgementall Hai Kya, Rajkumar Rao, who is said to charge around Rs 7-9 crore for a movie. Apart from this, previously she was paid paid more than her Rangoon co-stars — Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor.
4. Kareena Kapoor Khan:
Kareena Kapoor Khan is one of the most loved Bollywood actresses. Reportedly, she charges around Rs. 20 crore per movie, but for Veere Di Wedding she was paid the biggest cheque amongst all the stars including Sumeet Vyas, who was paid Rs 80 lakh as opposed to Kareena’s Rs 7 crore.
Apart from this, she was paid more than Arjun Kapoor for the movie Ki & Ka. Arjun was paid around Rs 5-7 crore.

5. Shradhha Kapoor:
Another talented Bollywood actress, who has been a part of some very successful Bollywood movies lately. Shraddha Kapoor charges around Rs 23 crore per film. She was paid around Rs 7 crore for Stree as opposed to Rajkummar’s Rs 6 crore. Apart from this, she was even paid more than Sushant Singh Rajput for the movie Chhichhore.
6. Madhuri Dixit:
Madhuri Dixit was one of the highest-paid actresses of her time. If reports are to be believed then she was paid more than Salman Khan for the movie Hum Apke Hai Koun. While Salman was a newbie at that time, on the other hand, Madhuri had already established herself as a leading actress by that time.'
