Chandan Roy Sanyal’s rendition of Bhopa Swami in Aashram series has become one of the show’s most amazing experiences. Chandan receives tremendous plaudits for his portrayal of Baba Nirala’s (portrayed by Bobby Doel) right hand, following on the praise he garnered for Sanak: Hope Under Siege and Ray.
Chandan starred as Bhopa Swami in the third season of the famous series Aashram, which is about the dramatic ascent of godmen in India and how folks blindly support them in the guise of religion. The fictitious story of narcissist Baba Nirala, who continues to abuse women, indulge in drug trafficking, and control the city’s politics, shows a hard-hitting scenario.
While the series explores the problem of questioning one’s beliefs, Chandan’s acting as Bhopa Swami, Baba Nirala’s sidekick, takes it to a new level. His acting skills are one of the most natural ones I have ever seen. The actor has become synonymous with the role as a result of his talent.
Even the actor Chandan Roy Sanyal, who plays Bhopa Swami, is pleased with the positive reception to the third season of Aashram. He claims he had no clue how much people would love Bhopa to the point that the terms ‘Bhopa Swami’ and ‘Japnaam’ would become household terms.
While people are talking a lot about his Bhopa Baba, let’s find out who Chandan is in real life. I am sure you will not regret reading it as it contains lots of intriguing information about Chandan. So, let’s find out more about him:
