On Kajol's birthday, here's looking at times she proved that she is the coolest mom one can ever have and how lucky is Nysa Devgn. In a recent interview, Kajol spoke about Nysa entering Bollywood. She stated that her daughter is a grown-up now and she will be making the decision for herself. To Bollywood Bubble she said that she is going to support her kids in whatever paths they chose as long as they are happy.

Nysa Devgn has been a soft target when it comes to online trolling. In an interview, Kajol stated that it is horrible to see that happening to kids. To Pinkvilla she said, ' think it is horrible. As parents, you want to protect your children always. So when something like this happens, when she is trolled, it is disheartening.'

On What Women Want, Kajol stated that Nysa will come to her if she needs any kind of boyfriend/relationship advice. She had also poked fun at Ajay Devgn and said, ' think Nysa will come to me, and Yug will go to Ajay. Because he is very much like, ‘Oh, my dad is such a cool guy!’ and they discuss these guy things.'
On sending Nysa abroad
Nysa Devgn traveled to Singapore for further studies. That's when Kajol mentioned that she missed her daughter very much. In an interview with DNA, she described the kind of bond she shares with her. She said, 'We definitely share shoes, manicures and pedicures (laughs). We have that kind of a relationship where we are able to talk to each other about a lot of things. But not everything because at the end of the day, I’m her mother. I still scold her and she will be like, ‘But whyyyy mom! (smiles). So, overall, we are in a good space.'
