While talking about her decision to leave the industry, Anagha revealed that there's too much hypocrisy and that actors and celebs are pressured to have a contestant screen time be it on TV or on mobile. Anagha Bhosale wasn't happy with all that and hence decided to quit.

When Erica Fernandes decided to quit Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi 3 due to being unhappy with her character, Erica posted a heartfelt note in which she didn't mince her words in calling out the hypocrisy of the makers for blaming her for the show shutting shop. She called out the makers asking fans to rewatch seasons 1 and 2 wherein her character Sonakshi had work and a job, unlike the 3rd season where she had nothing to do.

When he intimated the same to the makers of the show, Paras was given the example of Giaa Manek who was ousted from her show, Saath Nibhaana Saathiya. Paras was asked to choose between Anupamaa and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10. On the other hand, the production house terminated his contract by calling it a breach. Paras also recalled being called to work days after his father passed away as the other team members were absent due to a health scare as a result of COVID.
