Pushpa star Allu Arjun
Allu Arjun is one of the biggest stars in Telugu films industry, and apart from his movies, he is also known for his philanthropy work. After his movie Bunny Allu Arjun did well at the box office, the actor had donated Rs.1 lakh towards CARE Little Hearts Foundation. He had also donated the amount to the foundation that he won in Brain of Andhra (MAA TV program). The actor had also donated Rs. 20 lakh to Hudhud cyclone victims.
Chiranjeevi
In 1998, Chiranjeevi started Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust (CCT) in which works with eye banks and blood banks. The actor encourages his fans on social media to donate blood, and he himself is a regular blood donor. During Covid times, he also started Corona Crisis Charity.
Mahesh Babu
Apart from his blockbuster movies, Mahesh Babu is known for his charity work. The actor is a goodwill ambassador of Heal-a-Child Foundation and reportedly, he donates 30% of his earnings in charity.
Mohanlal
Malayalam star Mohanlal runs the non-profit organization Vishwasanthi Foundation. It is named after his parents, Vishwanathan Nair and Santhakumari. During Covid times, his foundation helped various hospitals in Kerala with beds with oxygen and ventilators.
Prabhas
The pan-India star Prabhas also does a lot of philanthropy work. He had donated Rs.20 lakh for the Hudhud cyclone victims.
Ram Charan
Ram Charan and his wife Upsana donate to an NGO name Save A Childs Heart. Reportedly, during their wedding, the couple told their friends and relatives to donate for the same NGO instead of giving them gifts.
