Archana Puran Singh as Ms Braganza is not only one of the most iconic characters ever, but also a major highlight of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Despite having a small role, she won hearts with her enthusiasm. We wouldn’t mind having a teacher as fun and glam as her.

One of the greatest roles played by Aamir Khan! His character not only loved his students, but genuinely wanted them to do better not just because teaching was his job. He was literally there to save Ishaan from falling, each step of the way. His belief in his students was everything.

Dr. Viru Sahastrabuddhe aka Virus

Boman Irani proved his versatility yet again as Virus. Yes, he was strict. Yes, he had a major ego in between. But he also pushed his students to aspire and be the best. He was a really good teacher and in the end, he also accepted that his student could be better than him. His intensions were not evil. Of course, except for the time he blackmailed Raju.

Apart from making Shah Rukh Khan fall in love with her and leaving us smitten with her gorgeous sarees, Sushmita Sen’s character Ms Chandni in Main Hoon Na also understood her students well. Remember when she gave Sanjana such a great makeover? She knew how to connect, to the students as well as the audience.

Now this is one character which has been inspired by an actual teacher. But we do wish we had more such teachers in the world.
