Imlie takes a generation leap
Star Plus' show Imlie has managed to create a great fan following for itself. It is mainly because of the chemistry shared by Fahmaan Khan and Sumbul Touqeer. They essay the roles of Aryan and Imlie respectively and fans love to see them together. They have quit the show now as season 1 Imlie is coming to an end. But the makers have made big plans for part 2. One of the biggest ideas to keep up with the TRPs of the show is that the makers are introducing a generation leap. They are not replacing any character instead they are introducing other characters in the generation leap.
Karan Vohra to make his entry in Imlie 2
For the next generation of Imlie, makers are ensuring that the known and popular faces are brought on board to lead the characters. Karan Vohra has been reportedly signed to be a part of Imlie 2. Fahmaan Khan's charm worked well and Karan Vohra is already popular among the ladies. So hopefully, he'll be able to impress all in Imlie 2.
Megha Chakroborty to take over as Meethi
Actress Megha Chakroborty has been roped in to play Meethi in the show. She is going to be Aryan and Imlie's daughter. In the current track, we have seen how Imlie's attention is divided between Meethi and Cheeni and of course, it can be anticipated that Meethi is going to be the good one.
Seerat Kapoor as Cheeni to be the antagonist
If rumours are to be believed, Seerat Kapoor is going to be Cheeni in Imlie 2. She is rumoured to be the antagonist in the show, constantly going against Meethi.
Flashback of Arylie
Well, Arylie fans are still unable to digest that Fahmaan Khan and Sumbul Touqeer are no more a part of the show. So it can be expected that the makers will incorporate a lot of flashback moments to keep Arylie fandom alive.
