On the occasion of Hindi Diwas celebrated on 14th September, here are some of the comedians and content creators who excel in comedy in Hindi/Hinglish language, tickling your funny bones.
Raju Shrivastava
Satya Prakash Srivastava is an Indian comedian, actor, and politician, known professionally as Raju Srivastava and sometimes known as Gajodhar. The second runner-up in the talent show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, he ventured into stand-up comedy and won the title of The King of Comedy in the spin-off The Great Indian Laughter Challenge - Champions.
Kapil Sharma
Kapil Sharma is one of the successful comedians who is known for his desi local hindi comedy. If you are a follower of his show, you will know that one of the USP is, even if his guests are english speaking he is quite comfortable conversing in hindi. This has encouraged many of his guests to speak in Hindi at his show.
Amit Tandon
Known for his clean comedy, Amit Tandon can show you how to be funny even in Hindi. Often taking his wife as his muse in his sketches, Amit has always been supportive of presenting the language on a global platform. So much so that after the success of his first show in the USA in 2017, many organisers were open to having Hindi stand up.
Prajakta Koli
Prajakta Koli is one of the top youtuber-turned content creator-turned actor we have. More than her name, she is known as Mostly Insane, thanks to her Instagram handle. With most of the content in Hindi, she likes to keep it simple. One of the other reasons millions of people relate to her content is because she keeps it real with the way she is off camera and the way she speaks in hind like any of us.
Bhuvan Bam
Today's Instagram is filled with monologues or rant videos in Hindi but it was Bhuvan Bam who was one of the first to start those funny videos in Hindi, when there was no concept of stand-up comedy. His Hindi commentary on celebrity weddings or any special occasions has always been viral material and for a good reason

Anglicised hindi or her Delhi style, it is for sure that Mallika Dua can win hearts and make people laugh. The daughter of one of the top journalists, Vinod Dua, there is no doubt about where her command over the language comes from.

A stand-up comedian and poet, Varun Grover has always been best in any of the things he want to do and his command of Hindi the language has always been impeccable. His knowledge and vocabulary in Hindi can be seen in the list of works like Masaan, Gangs of Wasseypur series etc. Being a civil engineering graduate from Benaras Hindu University, we are glad he decided to change his career path.

In Sumaira Shaikh’s sketches, it is not just any hindi, people get a taste of local Mumbai hindi. Dongri bred Sumaira, takes her dialect to advantage and if you watch her show Dongri Danger then she will give you a good reason why she likes gangsters.
Zakir Khan
Zakir Khan is one of those artists who is hard to forget. It takes guts and determination to do comedy in Hindi in front of an English-speaking crowd and be successful as well. And he does it with ease. His Urdu clad hindi has always been smooth and effortless. He has epitomised the phrase sakht launda.
Prashasti Singh
If anyone said women are not funny, then Prashasti Singh can immediately prove them wrong. Prashasti does not just do comedy but also has all her scripts in Hindi, making them relatable to her audience. She has also appeared in Hindi shows like Hum Do Teen Chaar.
