Jigyasa Singh and Prachi Bansal as Thapki in Thapki Pyar Ki

Jigyasa Singh rose to fame with her character of Thapki. When the show returned with a sequel she joined the cast again but later quit owing to health issues. Jigyasa was replaced by Prachi Bansal. Fans couldn't accept Prachi as Thapki. 

Pooja Banerjee and Tina Ann Philip as Rhea in Kumkum Bhagya 

Pooja Banerjee played the role of Rhea in Kumkum Bhagya before being replaced by Tina Ann Philip. Pooja replaced another actress already but fans still recall Pooja as Rhea.

Dipika Kakar and Radhika Muthukumar as Simar in Sasural Simar Ka

Sasural Simar Ka was rebooted a couple of months ago. Dipika Kakar played Simar in the original one. Though Radhika is not her replacement, fans still recall Dipika Kakar as Simar.  

Dheeraj Dhoopar and Shakti Arora as Karan/Arjun in Kundali Bhagya

A couple of weeks ago, Dheeraj Dhoopar quit Kundali Bhagya, also starring Shraddha Arya. Shakti Arora was brought in as a replacement. Shakti plays Arjun who is out there seeking revenge from Preeta. Though fans love PreeJun camaraderie, they still ask for Dheeraj Dhoopar's return as Karan Luthra in the show.

Sushant Singh Rajput and Shaheer Sheikh as Manav in Pavitra Rishta  

Last year, Ekta Kapoor made revisited Pavitra Rishta as a tribute to Sushant Singh Rajput who played the role of Manav in the original show. However, fans were quite angry with her for the same. Though popular actor Shaheer Sheikh was brought in Sushant's fans were livid. 

Gashmeer Mahajani and Manasvi Vashisht as Aditya in Imlie 

Gashmeer Mahajani made his Hindi TV debut with Imlie as Aditya. He left the show a couple of months ago. Manasvi Vashisht was cast as Aditya after his exit. Manasvi did his best but fans couldn't connect him with Aditya in the Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Fahmaan Khan starrer TV show.

Shailesh Lodha and Sachin Shroff as Taarak in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah 

The latest one to be replaced is Shailesh Lodha who played the role of Taarak Mehta in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Shailesh quit as he didn't want to stay at home for days. Sachin Shroff has replaced him on the show. But fans are unhappy as Shaikesh played  Taarak for 15 years

Paras Kalnawat and Sagaar Parekh as Samar in Anupamaa

Paras Kalnawat was ousted from Anupamaa over the breach of contract. He played Samar in Rupali Ganguly, Sudhanshu Pandey starrer TV show. After his exit, Sagar Parekh entered the show as Samar. While Sagar is doing a great job, fans still miss Paras Kalnawat as Samar.

Well, this one is not a replacement but the name used is the same. Hina Khan lived Akshara and fans still recall her with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. But Pranali Rathod's Akshara is quite remarkable.
