Many kids of celebrities try to enter the Bollywood industry, some become quite successful and others don’t. Bobby Deol, son of Dharmendra Singh Deol made his entry into the industry in 1995 with the film Barsaat. Despite failing numerous times he still strived to make a mark in the industry. He even stated in an interview that he was on the verge of becoming an alcoholic due to stress and work.
But as it is said, after every sunset there is a sunrise. Nevertheless, Lord Bobby Deol is back in acting after his role in Race 3 and his excellent performance in the web series Ashram.

1. Jab We Met
Instead of Kareena and Shahid, there could be Bobby and Ayesha Takia seen as Geet and Aditya. For unknown reasons, they were removed from the cast.

2. Karan Arjun
Rakesh Rohan wanted the original brothers to be a part of this movie: Sunny and Bobby. This was the case when Ajay Devgan and Shahrukh Khan were not fit to work together so Rakesh Rohan thought about the Deol brothers but Sunny declined as he wanted Bobby to focus on Barsaat.
3. Pyar Ishq Aur Mohabbat
Bobby Deol was supposed to be the lead actor who even started working on the project also but had to leave due to unknown reasons. Ultimately Arjun Rampal took over the position of the main lead.
4. Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani
Do you remember Aditi’s fiance in this classic movie? Yes, that was about to be played by Bobby and was initially finalized. Later, Bobby declined as he was scheduled for Yamla Pagla Deewana 2.

5. Ek Vivaah Aisa Bhi
This was a heart-touching and brilliant film. Bobby Deol and Vidya Balan were supposed to be the main characters but both of them said no and it was finally passed on to Sonu Sood and Isha Koppikar who were up for the lead role.
6. Mission Istanbul
Copied from the Novel, this 2008 thriller movie first opted for Bobby Deol but later it was given to Zayed Khan and Vivek Oberoi. Bobby himself said no to the role.
7. Yuva
The director decided on Bobby Deol initially. But Bobby Deol refused the movie and after which 3 actors were taken into consideration for the role. Finally, it went to Ajay Devgan.
8. 36 Chinatown
The main cast of this movie by Abbas-Mustan was Tushar Kapoor, Akshaye Khanna, and Bobby Deol. The script was written in 2003 itself but as the time came close, only Akshaye Khanna remained as the main lead in the movie.
