Recently, South Indian films have garnered a lot of media attention. However, the COVID pandemic in the past year and the year before caused problems for the South Indian industry, as it did for the rest of the world. Things are starting to improve. With the ideal blend of a deep plot and popular aspects, I believe it is producing one of the best movies in the nation. With a few blockbusters already under its belt, the industry is slowly recovering from the disastrous year of 2021.

1. RRR
Bahubali, directed by S. Rajamouli, has the greatest earnings during each of its release years. He now arrives with RRR. It’s already a success, too. It tells the story of two revolutionaries and is set during the 1920s British rule.
2. K. G. F Chapter 2
In 2018, K. G. F. Chapter 1 had the biggest box office earnings. The story of Kolar Gold Fields (K. G. F.) and its new overlord Rocky is continued in K. G. F. Chapter 2.
3. Bheeshma Parvam
Unfortunate occurrences and threats against his family drive a former gangster who is now a marine exporter to reflect on his past.
4. Hridayam
In the romantic play Hridayam, Arun recalls his traumatic childhood and the difficult path that led to manhood.
5. Pada
In the great thriller Pada, Vinayakan, Kunchacko Boban, Arjun Radhakrishnan, and Joji director Dileesh Pothan play members of the Ayyankali Pada, who kidnapped the Palakkad collector in 1996 for nine hours in an effort to raise awareness of tribal land rights in India.
6. Meppadiyam
When a real estate deal leaves Jayakrishnan broke, his straightforward life becomes entangled in the complex web of opulent men and avaricious politicians.
7. Bhootkaalam
When compared to other OTT juggernauts, SonyLiv has been generating some of the best content in OTT with little to no promotion. Shane Nigam and Revathy play a son and mother who encounter weird occurrences in their home following the loss of a family member in the fantastic spooky thriller Bhootkaalam.
8. James
starring Puneeth Rajkumar in his final performance as the director of the security firm WINGS. He unexpectedly becomes involved with a criminal organisation.
