1. Ranveer Singh
We all know that Ranveer Singh carved his own path in the industry. But most people are unaware that his mother Anju Bhavnani is Anil Kapoor’s wife Sunita Kapoor’s cousin. So, by relation, Ranveer is Sonam Kapoor’s cousin. Again, he is also the paternal grandson of character-actress Chand Burke. One more fun fact! actor Aditya Roy Kapur was his classmate at school.

2. Yami Gautam
Yami Gautam is the daughter of a reputed movie director and producer in the Punjabi movie industry, Mukesh Gautam. Her sister is an actor in Punjabi movies. She was a fresh face when she appeared in the Fair and Lovely advertisement. She made her debut in Bollywood with the movie, Vicky Donor.
3. Ajay Devgn
Veeru Devgn is the father of Ajay Devgn. He was a popular action choreographer who directed stunts for movies like Mr. India, and Ishq, among others. Furthermore, his mother Veena Devgn is a film producer. Also, his cousin, Anil Devgan, is a screenwriter and filmmaker.
4. Vicky Kaushal
Vicky Kaushal is the son of a renowned stunt director Sham Kaushal. Not many people are aware of it, his father has worked in over 100 movies including Bajirao Mastani, Dangal, Padmaavat, Krrish 3, and many others.
5. Riya Sen
Mother of Riya Sen and her sister Raima Sen, actress Moon Moon Sen is a well- known for her notable works in Bengali, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Marathi films. Also, her grandmother Suchitra Sen was also a famous Bengali actress.
6. Ameesha Patel
Ameesha Patel is not at all an outsider, she has an influential background. Her grandfather is lawyer-politician Barrister Rajni Patel, who was the Congress Pradesh Committee President of Mumbai. According to rumors, it has been heard that she was cast in Kaho Na Pyar Hai only because Rakesh Roshan was good friends with her father.
7. Tara Sutaria
Tara was first noticed in Disney India’s Big Bada Boom. She became very popular for her acting in The Suite Life of Karan & Kabir (2012) and Oye Jassie (2013). She made her Bollywood debut with Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year 2.
Though her family has no major link-ups with Bollywood she comes from an elite, affluent family. John Abraham and the Kapoors are her family friends.
Sutaria once admitted the fact and said,
“We are good friends with John’s family. Actually, his brother and wife share good rapport with my father. They are like an extended family. I remember visiting John even since I was a kid. Today when we meet he gets surprised that we have filmi conversations, as we never imagined that we’ll be working in the same industry.”

8. Aditi Rao Hydari
Aditi Rao Hydari is the great-granddaughter of Akbar Hydari. Akbar Hydari is the former Prime Minister of Hyderabad state. Her mother Vidya Rao was born the daughter of a Chitrapur Saraswat Brahmin father from Mangalore and a Telugu mother and she is a practicing Buddhist.
9. Kiran Rao
Did you know? Kiran Rao, Aamir Khan’s ex-wife, and actress Aditi Rao Hydari are first cousins. J. Rameshwar Rao, who was the Raja of Wanaparthy, a large estate under the Nizam of Hyderabad is Kiran Rao’s paternal and Aditi Rao Hydari’s maternal grandfather.
