Being an actress ain’t as easy as it looks. Beyond being beautiful, one has to know the tricks and trade of acting skills, which is what helps have a prolonged career in the cinema.

India is the largest producer of movies. Bollywood, Kollywood, Tollywood and other regional cinema industries together produce more movies than any nation in the world.

Some of the actresses started their careers on TV. Meanwhile, Hansika Motwani is one of the actresses who started her career on TV before going to create waves in South Indian film industry.

Hansika Motwani has long been regarded as one of the most potential stars in the region. However, before becoming a well-known performer in films, she began her career on the TV show Shaka Laka Boom Boom. She also appeared in the Des Mein Nikola Hoga Chand serial.

Her first big successful role was in the Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta starrer, ‘Koi Mil Gaya’. Years later she was cast opposite Govinda and Himesh Reshammiya who were twice her age at the time. After odd pairings as such, she tried her hand in South Indian movies and that turned out to be for good. Her debut film, ‘Desamuduru’ bagged her the Filmfare Best Female Debut.

Finally Hansika Motwani breaks silence on allegations of taking hormonal injections

Not many know that Hansika Motwani left the whole nation shocked when she suddenly transformed from a kid to an adult. Speculations were rife that Hansika Motwani took hormonal injections in order to look all grown up in her debut movie as a lead actress. These widespread rumours are still doing the rounds on the internet.

Earlier, reports stated that Hansika Motwani’s mother, Mona Motwani, who is a dermatologist gave her daughter the hormonal injections. Hansika Motwani didn’t really talked about it and ever her mother didn’t clarify the rumours in the first place.

But now, Hansika Motwani breaks silence on allegations of taking hormonal injections. In the latest episode of her show Hansika’s Love Shaadi Drama.

“This is the expense of being a celebrity. They wrote such crap when I was 21, you know what I am talking about… If I could have taken it that time, I can take it this time. Crap was written about you too, everyone wrote that I have taken injections to grow up. People said that my mum has given me injections, hormonal injections to grow up as a woman.”

Hansika’s mother added, “If that is true, then I must be richer than Tata, Birla, some millionaire. If that is true, then I would have said, ‘Maine apni beti ko diya hai, tum bhi aao, aa kar apni haddi baddi karvao (If I can give the injections to my daughter, I can give them to you, too). What I am surprised about is that people who write this, unke pass dimaag naam ki cheez nahi hoti hai kya (they’re not smart) We are Punjabi people, our daughters shoot up between the age of 12 and 16.”
