Kapil Sharma Makes a Short but Sweet Appearance in "Crew"

Popular comedian Kapil Sharma is confirmed to appear in the upcoming movie "Crew." While his role won't be a big one, it will be a fun surprise for fans. He'll be sharing the screen with some of Bollywood's biggest leading ladies: Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Kriti Sanon. Details about his specific character haven't been revealed yet.

Kapil shared a funny video on social media from the movie's wrap party. He thanked the team for including him and even joked about his limited screen time. Everyone on set, including the famous actresses, got a good laugh out of it!

In his post, Kapil expressed his gratitude to the producers for the opportunity. He mentioned how special it was to share the screen with Tabu, whom he considers a favorite actress. He also wished the entire "Crew" team the best of luck with the movie's release.

"Crew" hits theaters today, March 29th, 2024. The movie also features Diljit Dosanjh in a leading role.

The film's writers, Mehul Suri and Nidhi Mehra, shared their positive experiences working with the three leading actresses. They were particularly impressed with how quickly Tabu, Kareena, and Kriti learned the dance routines for a song in the movie. This made filming much smoother and faster. The writers praised the actresses for their exceptional performances, even without extensive practice. They also highlighted how each actress brought her own unique flair to the song. The fun they had filming clearly shows in the final product, according to the writers. Overall, working with these talented ladies seems to have been a delightful experience for everyone involved.

On another note, Tabu was recently seen in the Netflix movie "Khufiya" alongside Wamiqa Gabbi and Ali Fazal. Her next project is "Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha," which stars her alongside Ajay Devgn.

As for Kapil Sharma, fans can look forward to seeing him in his own show, "The Great Indian Kapil Show," coming soon to Netflix.
