Recently, Janhvi Kapoor recently grabbed the headlines for her upcoming horror comedy Roohi with Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma. And now, the lady is once again creating a buzz with another major announcement as she welcomed another spooky character in her world of horror and it has got the audience intrigued.
We are talking about Bhediya, a horror drama directed by Amar Kaushik. The movie will feature Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Deepak Dobriyal and Abhishek Banerjee in the lead. Making the big announcement, Janhvi shared the teaser of the movie which also featured the release date of Bhediya. To note, Bhediya, which will mark Varun’s second collaboration with Kriti after Dilwale, will be hitting the screens of April 14 this year. Janhvi wrote, “#Roohi apni darawani duniya mein swagat karti hai #Bhediya ka! In cinemas 14th April, 2022.” On the other hand, Shraddha Kapoor, who played the lead in Amar Kaushik’s 2018 release Stree, also rooted for Bhediya and wrote, “#STREE apni darawani duniya mein swagat karti hai #BHEDIYA In cinemas 14th April, 2022.”

Meanwhile, speaking about Janhvi Kapoor, the diva, who was last seen in Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, has ventured into the genre of horror comedy and collaborated for the first time with Rajkummar and Varun. Helmed by Hardik Mehta, Roohi is set to release on March 11 this year.
