Hailing from Shimla,Himachal Pradesh. Rubina was born in the year 1987 in Hindu family her father Gopal dailak is a writer and has written many books in the Hindi language and also owns Apple orchard her mother is a housewife and her name is Shakuntala Dilaik.
Rubina completed her schooling from Shimla Public School and later completed her graduation from St Bede’s College located in Shimla too.
Rubina won the title of Miss Shimla in the year 2006 and later went on to win the North India pageant in the year 2008.
Famous as Chhoti Bahu of the Indian television, she gained fame from the serial Chotti Bahu that aired from 2008 to 2010.
