1. Arijit Singh
There can be none among us who can defy not feeling emotions behind his every song and his pleasant voice. He has billions and billions of fan following. His soulful voice reaches our heart directly and we can connect to every word of the song. After, all these can he be tagged a ‘loser’? A huge no, but just to bring to your knowledge, he took part in a reality show named Fame Gurukul. Even though he was extremely talented he couldn’t be in the top 5. The name and fame he has earned today through his soulful voice is the result of his dedication to his stream.
2. Monali Thakur
The song ‘Moh Moh k Dhaage’ which is an extremely beautiful song is sung by Monali Thakur. Even though she is a National Award and Filmfare Award winner for the best playback singer, she failed to secure her position in Indian Idol season 2. She is the daughter of Shakti Thakur who is himself a Bengali singer by profession.
3. Punit Pathak
Punit Pathak took part in the famous reality show Dance India Dance. He couldn’t secure the trophy but kept working on his talent and achieved success in it.
4. Neha Kakkar
She turned on the pages by being the first singer to win the very precious Instagram Award. She has a huge fan following on Instagram. If you randomly play any popular song these days there is an 80 percent chance you will come across the song sung by her. She is now judging the reality show Indian Idol, the same show from which she was eliminated a few years back.

Ayushmann Khurrana who is a singer and actor by profession won the title of MTV Roadies season 2. But we are here to talk about people who once lost. So here it is, he participated in the show called Popstar cast in Channel V. Even after losing it Ayushmann is here today doing wonders. He is doing excellent work not only in the field of singing but his movies are equally phenomenal and brilliant. He is raising the bars for others and set up a new one with each of his new releases.
6. Darshan Raval
He was a participant in a show brought up by the singer Honey Singh which was cast in reality show India’s Raw Star. He secured his position in finals but couldn’t take the trophy home. He is today regarded as a sensation among teenagers. The self-made star is doing some excellent work in his field.
7. Dharmesh Yelande
There would be none who is not aware of his great dancing skills. But would you believe if I say he once lost a dance show? He was a participant in the show Dance India Dance season 2. He lost the title and the trophy to very talented Shakti Mohan but today Dharmesh is no less than Shakti. He has been cast in the movie named ‘ABCD: Any Body Can Dance’ and it’s subsequent sequels.
8. Jyotica Tangri
The wedding track Pallo Latke is sung by her. She lost two reality shows, the Voice where is struggled but couldn’t make up to finals, and the show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’ where she again tested her luck but failed there too. But even after all this she didn’t lose her confidence and tried her luck in the industry. It is a result of this struggle that her songs are more like a wedding anthem today.

Raghav is currently the host of the famous show Dance India Dance. He is known for his dance form- slow motion. He and his walk has been into the limelight since then. Raghav was eliminated from the same show and couldn’t secure his place in the show but as a result of his hard work, he is doing wonders in the industry now.
