Pranitha Subash is one of the popular actresses in the South Indian film industry. She primarily appears in Kannada, Tamil and Telugu films.

Interestingly, she has appeared in Hindi language films also. She kick started her career as an actress in the 2010 Kannada film identified as Porki.

In fact, she is also the owner of a restaurant in Lavelle Road Bangalore. In an interview, the 28-year-old Hyderabad born actress told that she will expand her restaurant chain in Chennai and Hyderabad respectively.

3. Parul Yadav

South Indian actresses who have their Successful side business

Parul Yadav is a famous Indian actress and producer who plies her trade predominantly in Kannada movies. She has also appeared in a few Malayalam and Tamil films.

The 31-year-old made her acting debut with the Tamil movie Dreams featuring the likes of Dhanush and Diya. Besides that, she has also appeared in television serials Bhagyavidhaata, which has telecasted in Colors since 2009.

Talking about her side business, she is head of an interior designing firm and she has begun her business before entering the showbiz industry.

2. Rakul Preet Singh

Rakul Preet Singh makes INR 1 Crore per movie. The actress has appeared in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi films. In 2009, Rakul made her acting debut in Gilli film with the Kannada cinema industry.

She acted in movies like Winner, Yaariyan, Current Theega, Thadaiyara. She has also won people’s choice Miss India times title. Rakul, who shifted base to Hyderabad in the wake of assignments down South, has been staying there for quite a while now.

Talking about her side business, she has an active franchise of three functional training gyms. Two of them are in Hyderabad (i.e. in Gachibowli and Kokapet) and one in Visakhapatnam.

Rakul adds that missing workouts makes her grumpy. “I work out every day. My friends say that I became an actress by chance, I should have become a gym trainer. I am the most grumpiest and irritable person if I don’t work out for two days. You cannot have a conversation with me.”

1. Kajal Aggarwal

Kajal Agarwal has appeared in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi movies. She earns around INR 2 Crores for each film. She made her identity in an acting career with Bollywood movie Kyun! Ho Gaya Na in 2004.

She then made her Telugu film debut with Lakshmi Kalyanam in 2007. She had also acted in the blockbuster movie Chandamama, which was her first hit film in her career.

She acted in many movies like MLA, Nene Raju Nene Mantri, Adirindi, Janatha Garage, Vevekam, Kavalai Vendam, Khiladi No. 150, etc. However, Magadheera was the turning point in her profession. It was one of the record-breaking blockbuster movies of Telugu film industry.

Besides her prolific acting career, she also started side business. The actress started her own Jewelry Label ‘Marsala’. Her sister Nisha Aggarwal is her partner.
