Reality shows have become quite popular among television audiences and almost each channel comes up with a new season of their reality show every year. While very few adventure reality shows are also made, the singing, dancing, quiz and comedy shows are most liked by viewers. On one hand, these shows give contestants a platform to show their talent and on the other, they give a chance to the Bollywood celebs to earn big because mostly, celebs from Bollywood are roped in as judges because the makers want to use their popularity for attracting viewers.

Here is a list of celebs and their earnings by working as judges on a reality show:
1. Neha Kakkar
The Bollywood playback singer is pretty famous among music lovers because of her beautiful voice but she also gets trolled for her emotional nature as she starts crying whenever someone talks about his/her problems. Neha Kakkar’s success is certainly phenomenal as now she is a judge in the singing reality show Indian Idol where she once performed as a contestant. As per reports, she is being paid Rs. 5 lakh per episode.
2. Shilpa Shetty
The sizzling hot actress of Bollywood has been judging the dance reality show Super Dancer for quite a few years now and her fans love to see her in the show as she is not doing much movies for some time now. As per reports, Shilpa Shetty takes home around Rs. 14 crore for one season for judging Super Dancer in which kids of age ranging from 4-13 yrs perform.

3. Salman Khan
The Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has been hosting one of the most controversial reality shows Bigg Boss for many years now and it won’t be wrong to say that his popularity has also helped the show a lot in gaining viewership. If the reports are to be believed, for the last season of Bigg Boss, Salman Khan was paid Rs. 350 crore for 14 weeks of hosting.

4. Amitabh Bachchan
The legendary megastar has become synonymous with the quiz reality show, Kaun Banega Crorepati which he started hosting in year 2000. It is being said that in the first season of the quiz show, Big B was paid Rs. 25 lakhs per episode but over the years, his remuneration has increased manifold and for the last season, he received Rs. 3.5 crore per episode.
5. Malaika Arora
The Bollywood bombshell Malaika Arora is famous for doing item songs and she is also seen in few dance reality shows as a judge. As per reports, she is paid Rs. 8.5 lakhs per episode for India’s Best Dancer.

6. Madhuri Dixit
The veteran actress is one of the best dancers that we have seen on the screen so it is quite obvious that she is approached by various channels to join as a judge. She has been a part of few reality shows such as Nach Baliye, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and Dance Deewane and reports suggest that she gets paid around Rs. 1-1.50 crore per episode.
7. Karan Johar
The famous movie producer and host of talk show Koffee With Karan is also a prominent face on the TV reality shows. Recently, Karan Johar hosted Bigg Boss (OTT) and he is also seen on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and India’s Got Talent. Talking about his fee, it is being said that he charges around Rs. 10 crore per season. As per reports, Karan Johar will be seen in a new show Hunarbaaz Desh Ki Shaan with Mithun Chakravarthy and Parineeti Chopra.

8. Archana Puran Singh
The Bollywood actress is a pretty common face in the comedy shows and she takes home around Rs. 10 lakhs per episode for laughing profusely in The Kapil Sharma Show.
9. Hrithik Roshan
Though Hrithik Roshan appeared only on one dance show Just Dance (2011) yet the hype was just amazing. If reports are to be believed, he was paid a whopping amount of Rs. 112 crore for the reality show.
