There are several performers with tremendous talent, but the industry has yet to realise its full potential. They have the power to divert the majority of the audience’s attention away from the main characters. They continue to wow audiences with their performances, and people want to see them again and again, but they are ignored in Bollywood. Despite their incredible performances, these actors never received the recognition that they so richly deserved.

1. Ranvir Shorey

Shorey, who is known for films such as Pyaar Ke Side Effects, Khosla Ka Ghosla, and Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd, Bheja Fry, Singh Is Kinng, and Dasvidaniya, among others, has expressed their dissatisfaction with mainstream filmmakers today. “You should approach filmmakers, particularly mainstream ones, and inquire as to why they refuse to cooperate with me. I appeared in Ek Tha Tiger but not Tiger Zinda Hai. I am aware of and believe that I am being disregarded “PTI reported him as saying.

2. Mahi Gill

Mahie Gill has demonstrated her talent in a number of films, most notably Dev D and Gulaal, following which she became an instant sensation. However, she is no longer being offered more substantial jobs. She believes it is because of her decision to play a supporting role in the commercial potboiler Dabangg. “Following Dev D, I received numerous accolades and honours. People wanted to cast me in movies. But I tried Dabangg, and it backfired spectacularly. Producers began to approach me with little roles. I was in a foul mood, but I couldn’t figure out why. I believe in fate and believe that this was meant to be. I used to regret taking the part, but now I don’t “PTI spoke with Mahie.

3. Abhay Deol

Abhay Deol, the original chocolate boy of Bollywood, has expressed his dissatisfaction with the fact that he and Farhan Akhtar were relegated to supporting roles in ZNMD instead of being recognised as protagonists at major film awards. In the main role categories, Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif were nominated. “Abhay Deol took to Instagram to voice his disappointment that he and Farhan Akhtar were relegated to supporting roles in ZNMD instead of being recognised as protagonists at major film awards. In the main role categories, Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif were nominated. So, by industry logic, this was a film about a man and a woman falling in love, with the man’s decisions being supported by his friends. People in the industry advocate against you in a variety of methods, both covert and overt. It was blatantly obvious in this scenario. I obviously boycotted the awards, but Farhan seemed unconcerned.”

4. Sheeba Chaddha

Sheeba Chaddha has always been a scene-stealer, from Dum Laga Ke Haisha and Luck by Chance through Pagglait, Bandish Bandits, Sharmaji Namkeen, and Badhaai Do. Sheeba has always created a lasting impression on viewers with her portrayals, whether as an aunt or a mother. However, Bollywood has yet to do her talent justice. Her brilliance has yet to be appreciated. Worse, she isn’t getting paid as much as she should. “It’s so unfortunate because they’ll demand a specific type of actor for a role yet refuse to pay more than the absolute minimum. I recently turned down two films because the pay was absurd.”

5. Randeep Hooda

Even when he made his Hollywood debut in the Chris Hemsworth movie Extraction, Bollywood remained unsupportive. “Well, it’s nothing new to me. It happens from time to time, and that’s fine. Perhaps they didn’t like my acting or action, which is why they didn’t speak out “Pinkvilla was informed. In films such as Main Aur Charles, Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai, Jannat 2, Cocktail, Jism 2, Highway, Kick, and Sultan, he has given several amazing performances. Randeep is a master at slipping into any part and delivering a faultless, poised performance.

6. Jaaved Jaaferi

Jaaved Jaaferi, the son of legendary character actor Jagdeep, has earned a name for himself as a terrific breakdancer and has acted in a number of films. Despite his exceptional comic timing in films such as Salaam Namaste, Shaurya, and Dhamaal, he was overlooked in Bollywood.

Shreyas Talpade has demonstrated his versatility as an actor in a range of roles. He has the ability to accomplish so much more, yet he is still underutilised. Only 10% of people in Bollywood, he once claimed, are real. He also spoke up about being betrayed by his own industry friends. “I discovered that some performers are afraid of sharing screen time with me and refuse to cast me in a film.” I’ve made films for friends just for their benefit, only to be betrayed by those same pals. Then there are friends who go ahead and make films without including me, leaving one to wonder if they are even friends. Actually, 90% of people in the industry are just acquaintances, and only 10% of them are genuinely pleased when you succeed. He added, “The egos are so delicate here.”

8. Nimrat Kaur

Nimrat Kaur, who was most recently seen in Abhishek Bachchan’s Dasvi, has often demonstrated her talent. Many people are familiar with her work from films such as The Lunchbox and Airlift, but few are aware that she made her breakthrough in 2004 with a video for Kumar Sanu’s Tera Mera Pyar and Shreya Ghoshal’s Yeh Kya Hua. With shows like Wayward Pines and Homeland, Nimrat is building a name for himself in the west. She explained her absence from Bollywood by saying, “I haven’t deliberately avoided Bollywood films. I was eager to work on new projects “.

9. Arshad Warsi

Arshad Warsi, our favourite actor, hasn’t worked in Bollywood in 25 years and says he’s still looking for work. In an interview with Hindustan Times, he said, “So, (the fact is), I’ve completed 25 years in the profession, and I’m still looking for a job because that’s how the industry is.” Warsi is still an underappreciated gem in the industry.

The actress has struggled to avoid being typecast in shows like Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and films like Taare Zameen Par and Qissa, as well as shows like 24 and Hostages. “After such a great hit with such an iconic film, I figured I should be able to stroll into projects with ease. What I didn’t anticipate was that stereotyping would become a new battleground for me. I didn’t do anything for a year and a half till I decided to do Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji, and that kind of role redefined what people felt I could accomplish “she revealed to the Free Press Journal.

12. Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub

Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub has won the hearts of viewers with films such as Raanjhanaa, Tanu Weds Manu: Returns, and Shahid, among others. Outsiders are frequently lied to about movie roles and billboard credits, he once claimed. He claims that false promises about key jobs are made. “You’re told you have this projection, and you’re occasionally offered a poster as well. The makers sell you the role like it’s the poster character and one of the key protagonists, but while shooting, it becomes a supporting character,” he told  Hindustan Times.
