Indian Cinema has given many outstanding feature films to its audience over the years. In the early days, when the source of entertainment was limited, people used to eagerly wait for a new movie to come out.
In fact, many of our parents and grandparents would tell us how they would watch a movie in the theatre more than once.
Due to this excitement, the filmmakers didn’t work much on marketing then. A movie poster used to be more than enough to get the audience talking.
With time, the production houses started taking the marketing part more seriously. This, however, hasn’t diminished the role of a movie poster. It is still one of the first and most important parts of a movie release.
