Viraj Ghelani, a content creator who had a small role in Shah Rukh Khan's movie Jawan, recently said that working on the film was his "worst experience". He has now clarified that his words were exaggerated.
In a new interview, Viraj explained that he was disappointed because his role was significantly shortened in the final cut of the film. He had filmed for about 13-14 days but only scenes from the first day made it into the movie. He was especially upset when he saw the movie with his fiancee and realized how little of his work was included.
He further clarified that it wasn't director Atlee who was rude to him, but rather some other people on set. He described Atlee as "the sweetest" and revealed that Atlee had even offered him a role in another film, Baby John, starring Varun Dhawan. Viraj also mentioned that he didn't even get to meet Shah Rukh Khan during the filming of Jawan.
Viraj had previously made his acting debut with Vicky Kaushal in Govinda Naam Mera. He made a cameo appearance in Jawan, but earlier this month, he surprised everyone by calling his experience on the film his "worst ever". He had expressed feeling disregarded on set because of the presence of big stars like Shah Rukh Khan and Sanjay Dutt.
