Huma Qureshi’s Tarla, a film based on the life of famous Indian chef Tarla Dalal is going to have its official release on Zee5 soon. Commenting on her character, Huma said: “Tarla Dalal reminds me of my childhood. My mom had a copy of her book in the kitchen and would often try many of her recipes for my school tiffin.” Piyush Gupta is the film’s director, and Ronnie Screwvala, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, and Nitesh Tiwari are the producers.

Anushka Sharma is set to make a comeback in Prosit Ray’s Chakda ‘Xpress, a sports drama inspired by the life of veteran Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami, which will arrive on Netflix in 2023.
